Embarrassment

I became dizzy from the grand heat I jump and stumble on my large feet I fought to keep my balance upright But soon sweet green grass filled my sight As I got up, wiped at my face I saw layers and layers of petticoat lace Oh my luck, it had to be!? 'Miss' Julie Aberly I knew, all day about me she would lie Told me the smirk on her lips And the twinkle in her eyes
