Electricity Coming In(A Voice In the Wilderness)

It seems that electrons are flowing through us Preserving what is needed by by all Deep chill and the facts and feelings are frozen-stiff Let our darker angel rule You don't need to hurry us We're on your side Like a voice in the wilderness You'll hear our call Just remember that the visions you know Are a safer bet than visions which have been passed down Let's move down the path Bearing joy and sorrow In equal measure Ever-watchful for the changes that bring us peace - a long desired peace

Wise advice to place higher value on "the visions you know." Without sampling both joy and sorrow, we would probably not appreciate happiness when we find it. There is a "long-desired peace" in this piece of writing, Matthew!
