I need your touch at calamari!! My neighbor caught some while over at the ocean....gave me some, and I seasoned and battered coated them....and it was like eating rubber....(the dog loved it!). I'm sure your version is excellent!! :)

The title got me here with haste ... a delicious epulaeryu, sure ... but I was expecting the master painter ... whom I first became acquainted with in the National Museum of Budapest.
