Edmund's Response

" Edmund's Response " Oh no oh no Edmund said... When this note he then read... I'll not wish to tell it all... How that sea so made me fall... Into pit of sodden despair... Heart so rent beyond repair... Topsy turvy life gone mad... A'sea that life I once had... Nay oh nay never shall be... To speak again o'that sea... For now my cat has seven kittens... My wife has sewn me woolen mittens... I tend my garden each bright day... Here ashore I'll ever stay... Find yourself those answers sought... For to sea perhaps you'd ought... That sloop again returned to shore... Awaits just you for one voyage more... SeaWolf ©

SeaWolf - I know another mariner with thoughts just like yours. There's a time to settle down I guess and reap all that the sea had given or not given you. I've had such a good time reading your poetry this morning. You are a wonderful writer. Kathy

I'll bet those kitties get their sea legs if you take them on board mate. Can't imagine you stuck on shore; lets have a bit 'o grog and mull over the problem, there's more than one way to kill a cat!! :) Nice to hear from you, cheers.
