Eclipse

I warn all my friends and relations, "Withdraw and spend all of your cash." According to my calculations, The sun and moon are going to crash.

clever...reminds me of Chicken Little saying 'the sky is falling, the sky is falling." One of our neighbors was convinced that today's eclipse was the beginning of the apocalypse. They even stocked up on food, converted one of their bedrooms into sort of a fallout shelter. We just sat on the roof and watched the miracle unfold. We had 3.5 minutes of totality here in our part of Texas...truly a life changing experience. Enjoyed your poem. Have a great evening, Sara
