Earth Child
Glorious, golden sunshine
Sparkling fields of wildflowers
Silken hair flowing wildly
Twirling, spinning, opening
Water cascading over ancient rocks
Endlessly moving ever onward
Continuous and constant
I am the watcher
The seeker having seen
Breathing deeply nature’s nectar
Filled with living essence
The forest
The river
Mother Earth herself
Upon Her stone lap
I languidly linger
Caressing breath
Loving breeze
Soft as Mother’s lips upon my cheek
All
A part of me
I
A part of All
