Dysfunctional Family
Disarrangement overwhelms our company
Years of family tales to tell
Scars from previous combats
Fierce conviction handed down so well
United in chaotic conditions
No responsibility for actions revealed
Typical disorganized reunions
Irrational behavior tightly sealed
Order is not on the menu
Nor is the tranquility we all long for
A slice of bitter pie we offer
Longing to indulge sour pastry more
Forever we’re united
As all family members should be
Maybe my families not perfect
Innocent love is all I can see
Leaning on each others shoulders
Yesterday or today, we’ll always disagree
