cheerless, wretched life failure cycling gaping rictus of disheartened gloom preying on my soul’s regret faith chagrined headlong plummet into darkness’ gaping maw I depart oblivion

Thanks, John. Better to die with regret than guilt. Or not to die at all. Regret is transformative. Guilt is damning.

Thanks Ilene. I once had an issue of heavy metal poisoning, and it damaged the endorphin function of my brain. I literally saw darkness' gaping maw and knew the feeling of losing faith and facing oblivion. What an ordeal!
