Dying Day
As my heart begins to flutter i open my mouth take a deep breath and begin to stutter,
These words that lay deep within way down inside beneath my trembling skin,
I freeze for a moment to admire my love,
I touch his soft silenced lips, feeling his breath caress my wandering fingertips.
I speak of feelings that are new to me, he starts to listen and starts to see,
That i lay here beside him with not a care in the world for anything around
Apart from this true love that I’ve found.
I smile with a blushed cheek and say i love you and that it will never grow weak.
Your eyes they looked troubled, as if you were scared that you'd wake up and find that i
wasn’t there,
Like all would be lost and dreams would be broken, But all of these words from my heart
they were spoken,
Never would I breathe a word to you untrue, because all the love that i hold is held here
in front of you,
So close your eyes and beside you i shall lay and i'll be here when you wake until my
dying day.
