Dumb Poet and His Blind Audience

I do not have a size normally a model does Nor have I in my face two wonderful eyes Yet people come to me in a surging wave to see a wonder What I perform everyday on my stage You may cast doubt But I am telling you I never tell lies I write poems and tell them without uttering a single word Yet they trail my speech which I could not shout out Like the keen eyed men trail a song When I show them how I cook the flooding flickers of my emotions. My stage is full of indelible ink and And I stand and I take them And go to paint my tangled joys and sorrows upon the cloud Upon the petals of wind and upon the heart of waves And I finish my magical work without using a brush You may cast doubt But i am telling you I never tell lies I show them though they can’t see yet they go blistering And trail the Horizon where I keep my miraculous work like rainbow.
