Dry Lands Embrace
Thinking of love as I stare at the stream
Feeling lost as I am wet with my dream
Knowing she is dry far,far away
Shall I dive in or let my pain stay
I put my faith in the flowing river
The cold of rejection makes my body shiver
If I enter what doubts will befall me to collide
Will drown forever with the deep feelings tide
I leap in and dive down to the emotion of her depth
I struggle to find her I only have one breath
I fight for life and it’s worth the work
But I’m overcome and caught deep in fates murk
I try to twist off depression so I could break free
Then I felt her warm hand of our destiny
She pulls me out and leads me to loves place
I shall stay away from the river and live
In her dry lands embrace
