Dreamscapes
Dreamscapes are evening's battlefields
Ideas explode like deafening grenades
Mind so active that sleep is repelled
Dream diary reflects unsettled thoughts
Did I do right by those I love today?
No switch to shut off the bombardment
Complete review of the past day
Precedes an entire life analysis
Only deep meditation suppresses attacks
Positive images are evoked
Think of a favorite spot where nature reigns
A place where pleasant sounds abound
Trills from seagulls
Mild waves lapping a sandy shore
Giggles of children playing on the beach
Banish anxiety
Breathe deeply
Stretch limbs
Gentle thoughts eradicate worries
At long last, welcome sleep
