Dreams Are Sweet
Gumdrops & lollipops marshmallows on sticks
Carmel candy apples, a scrumptious fine pick
All found in my dreams as I float through the air
A feeling of happiness a feeling so bare
A bird flying by singing sweet lullabies
Behind are her babies flapping along
So precious so sweet as they follow her song
Lift me my dream I want to belong
All stars have faces they’ve seen many places
The moon has a smile he hangs for a while
Entering the sun are two cups of tea
perhaps he’ll have company perhaps even me
Anything is possible I’ll just wait and see
In my dream I’ll make one tea be for me
I see a special cloud it’s lined with pure silver
A waterfall of chocolate pours into a river
This happy dream I wish to remember
Over and over January through December
