Dream On Ice

Whistling through forests grey and darkening Warning night hunters back to hiding Wind on violin branches ice tears crying Whipping tender limbs and stiff trunks knocking Weak pines with roots from ground unearthing Whirlwind dance broken life bouncing With snow drifts peaks and angles rounding Walking in through cracks with ice teeth biting While shoeless dreams on endless White sands with azure blue skies are running First Place Winner: Brian Strand-All Yours-2/23/21 Third Place: Eve Roper-Alliteration-12/22/20
