Dragonfly Dance

Iridescent gossamer Dragonfly Sparkles vividly in a haze of sunlight Reflecting lucent pools and streams Dining on frog spider and termite Colorful transformations glittering Decisively emerging in lakes or marshes Zealously protecting her territory Equilibrium balancing harshness

A vivid way to describe dragonflies. Your rhyming also proves efficient. Good entry.

smile -- first i wish to 'thank you,' for blessing my humble self with your kind com my dear and second i truly love the creative nature of this wonderful verse although, i did not know that butterflies could be so vigilant perhaps while in protecting their territories; and as a matter of possibly my own naïve awareness I did not know that their loveliness was territorial at all but i can see that maybe they are, my dear and -- cont:)
