Down the Stairs of Size
A physical increase to the point of crime
flaps of viscous waves, the body and mind mime.
Society frowns and sees an irregular edifice
and to systemic illnesses it’ll give a free service.
Health gradually suffocates in a tight hot flask
perceived questionable existence for beauty to frequently ask.
Resolution is taken for a change henceforth
a weekly fight is rewarded when reaching the fourth.
Discipline has predictably overcome determination since,
the challenge is accepted to reach the goal by all means.
Choosing the most suitable and realistic of all programs
gradually burning out in weeks to misplace a dozen kilograms.
Heat rubs all joints and organs for the body to need ice
hunger slaps with great impact for any food to entice.
Punching the body and cutting down regular meals
confirms this demanding journey to be so real.
Yielding to these temptations of nature is a bad interlude
spoiling the show to make it unfair to the attitude.
Boiling comfort strongly complains in much distress
ignoring it so that the baggage can lose its slave mistress.
