Down Forgotten Paths
We walk down
forgotten paths
on the way to
eternity
Ancient stone structures
line the path
We feel the weight
of the years
on our shoulders
We experience a sense
of deja - vu momentarily
Surely we have walked this road before
But no, we soon realize
we soon realize we have never gone
before
and that it is the way we must go
and that we must hurry for we have a date
with destiny
