Don'T Wait For Sun To Make Hay

Don't wait for the sun to make hay I waited for the waves to come, Hoping to sail along on its back Through the green grassy meadows, Where no feet and hands had ever touched, Where only bluebirds and doves dwells, All I wish, is to hear them sing The harmonious song of freedom. And yet came the tides howling from the south, My frightful hopes flew away Leaving myself aloof and deserted, Only to surrender under her mighty force, Only to realized that I have waited for too long.
