Don'T Give In

I just want to cry like no one’s there, Pretend that they won’t stare, Defeat the feeling of guilt, Before it’s even built, Conquer the right before it turns out wrong, Come to face that life will go on, Smile at a joke that no one said, Be able to dream freely in my bed, My life can’t fall apart Because it already has in my heart, I just need to walk alone, Feel like I’m unknown, Watch the stars fall from the sky, I will fail, but I have to try, Master how to face my fears, And stop running from past years, Look my destiny in the face, Figure out an even pace, Stop falling for the things I hate, Take my life away from fate, I just want to stop living life and live my dream, My love for you I shall redeem, Continuing to silently suffer inside, Never being able to look you in the eye, I’ll always be fine, but never be great, Love isn’t always something two hearts make, Sleep is not my escape from life, It just helps me forget our strife, I’ll stop giving in to my concern, If it’s my facts that you’ll learn.
