Thank you Deb. As a child, my first and earliest memory of being in temps of 100+ was when I lived in Australia. I coped much better then, plus the fun of the pools certainly helped to keep my mind off it lol. Emilia : )

Thank you Harry. It has now rained but much more is still needed. Some of my water butts are looking a little healthier now after a large quantity fell in a short space of time but did cause some flooding. Emilia : )

I knew that it was burning up in the UK, did not know about the fires and the banning of the BBQ's. I never associated the UK with blistering heatwaves. Footle is informative, enjoyed it! Robert

Thank you Robert. There has been many fierce fires, some people have lost their homes too. It is cooler now and has rained, but do think this will now sadly be the new norm here during summer. Emilia : )

Great string of footles Emilia, saw that about the bbqs, some idiots buried one on a beach and a young girl burnt all her feet when she walked on it, Hope you're enjoying the heatwave,. Tom

Thank you Tom. I read about that poor young girl. There are some very lazy and stupid people out there. No @ heatwave it is too hot for me. I thought I was going to pass out the other day...it's a roll on winter for me lol. Emilia : )
