Donny

Donny's family moved next door When he was six, and I was four At first he wouldn't play with me I was,"just a girl", you see When he found no other kids to play He decided I was, "ok" So, he taught me how to ride a bike Climb trees and fly a kite We did "Show me yours, I'll show you mine" When I was seven, and he was nine I'm glad my mom never knew Or my butt would still be black and blue Donny's family moved when he was ten And I never saw him again I've forgotten a lot about "way back when" But I remember Donny...he was my friend.
