Do You Remember
Crawling across the floors
Trapped behind closed doors
Never wanting anymore
but to stay age 4
Do you remember childhood
Rolling through the grass
Excited for your class
Waiting for the time to pass
Do you remember the days
Pedaling on your bike
The girl that you still like
You get Sad when the bell strikes
Do you remember the time
Driving down the road
Those looks you made with code
Your love that always showed
Do you remember the pain
When it broke your heart
And it was just the start
This is the beginning of art
Do you remember childhood
When childhood was still there
And your heart wasn't bare
And people would actually care
Do you remember the fun
That we always had
is made us very glad
but now it makes me mad
There is no turning back
when you hit that certain age
you fell emotion in your body and you let it out with rage
my childhood was innocent
when the world seemed to be fair
when my universe was around my toys
and i didnt even care
my childhood was the time when 9 lives lived in my dreams
i began to grow up
i had to use support beams
my childhood was the time when my life was filled with bother
when sorrows knocked at my door
I gave everything to the almighty father
my childhood was the time when love was pure
when there were no obligations
there may never be a cure
my childhood was the time which is long ago
tears flow from my eyes when i go back in my home
my childhood will never come back but
the child in me will never go
Live you life to the fullest
and make it as pure as gold
