Do You Know Me?

Do you know me? You don't know me! I am the Mother, the origin. I am the Spirit, the wellspring of Black History. I am a continent of contradictions- the richest, most luscious, the poorest, most barren and every point in between. My children have peopled the earth. The Garden of Eden is my crown. The world is my offspring. Ojenke says I have "hair like the grasses of Mt. Kilimanjaro, black magic hair" Apartheid becomes a partnership on my southern shores. Do you know me? You don't know me!
