Disowned

What else is there left to say Now that I’ve been disowned? I can no longer call you my mother Since this is no longer my home Why do I stick around And endure all of this pain? Because my friends are my only family That manages to keep me sane They are the only people I can talk to They’re the only ones that know the real me They’re the only ones that see the good That you’re too stubborn to see 6 months will come and go and I’ll finally be free I’ll be the one to decide How much good there is in me
