This is very good, Barbara. I tried to write about 'bones' as well, but couldn't work it into a haiku. You have succeeded. I love this one. Best wishes, Deb

That's all we have left of the dinosaurs. We may never truly know about their physiology or their histological properties since their flesh could not be preserved. We can only make comparisons to living examples of reptiles. This is nevertheless a good haiku.
