Did You Say Cheese

Cheese, did you say cheese...Many have stopped letting it age. The pride-of the industry has diminished in grade. The process is no longer done in accordance with time. The cheesy cheese can no longer be considered- ''fine brine''. The quality of cheese is cheesy indeed. The pasteurization of milk and unhealthy steed. Has compromised the art of producing good cheese. Cheese from goat milk may still be tasty. But the price of good cheese has- outweighed the need. Its a culture --that's cultured- into a profit for greed. I no longer desire the taste of this imitation. If the Cheese was still cheese- I would eat plenty. But for now, my crackers are crunching on empty. Cheese...Did you day cheese..? Well, this new cheese has no flavor-- Taste more like I am chewing on paper. No more pass the cheese if you please. But I'll pass on that cheese- and drink my wine-- with no brine. I'll drink to that- Until integrity is put back. I won't say cheese even when I smile; To the cheese- I will simply--! just SAY- "NO Not now- It's such a CRAPPY batch somehow".
