Once I held you in my hands My sparkling diamond,I've lost in the sand As I was lying along the shore I turned my back-and found you no more The gentle Wind whispers your name Waves and tides does the same As I bend my knees,I shiver ,I cried Looking at the Sea,I beg for mercy- to bring you back to me,the way it used to be Please sparkle for me at once with the bright reflection from the Sun Knowing you'll forever be gone My precious diamond,I've lost in the sand My dearest wealth,A deepest regrets What have I done?
