Dew Covered Grass

The morning sun sparkled, seeming to laugh at me On the dew-covered grass like the yellow dandelions And made squeaky sounds bobbing their fluffy heads Until my shoes were wet clear through to the soles, And they melded together-- my feet and those blossoms-- In an interesting pas de deux not unlike a ballet for two. written May 7, 2022 [reads as two verses side by side, or as one verse line for line]

I kind of like this myself, Caren. It's a bit complicated to put together, but it's kind of neat!

Thank you, Kim. I came up with this format sometime ago, but haven't utilized it frequently. I'm glad you like it.
