Detained

Chained in place to stagnant stone core Sapped and wisely chose to then bore A deep cavernous pit, chastised Love and hate have thus baptised till Freedom is released that's the deal! Unseen eyes and hands of skill sleight Traveler's weary and widowed right Tight, greater bonds than 'mithril' ore! Rest your head, sigh and then pine Sweeter than heaven's twine; Damnation divine serpent Listen, kill them that were sent Metaphorically raping The heartbeat lonely scraping Skilled, yet devilish entwine Serenade, angels song Unaware mindless throng Kiss up to get king down Infinite light shall crown Cherubs not locked outside Pearly gates 'pray' for long Bite the hand that fed Fed the hand that bit, Reserved the last seat Casting off the robe; Developed a globe Diminish verse To hex a curse God will set right With holy white light This detention Will not stand Let him go Rand I stand With you For you Freedom

Enjoyed reading your creative verse this eve..I am glad that I chose this one for one of the ones that I could read this day..I enjoy writing Diminished Hexaverse form..Getting the count right sometimes poses problems in being able to say what I want to say..Thanks for the uplifting review of my work..Sara
