Despair and Destiny In Love
It's difficult to steer a new destiny,
To live with enmity or to die with ecstasy
When paths are blocked and star-crossed,
You've got to choose one path, like Robert Frost.
Love born out of hopelessness and despair
When love is of a birth very rare,
One might face an ordeal at any stage.
And finds nature's anger, luck's outrage,
But when fate's jealous eyes keep vigil awake,
Satan might sneak like a serpent or snake,
Two perfect loves, their union in depth
Tighter than steel can't be held and kept.
When hate takes over at distant heart poles,
She guards each heart with an important role.
And love turns mad, in a circle it spins,
With no destiny, it lives in ruins.
Unless heaven falls or the earth does quake,
Unless the stars fall, new paths they make,
Love kept apart by fate's tight hold
A treasure sunk deep, never to behold,
Though love runs parallel without control,
With heart, mind, body, and soul,
Lives its life for ever to be,
Infinite, yet never destined to see
The bond lives ever but distanced apart.
And memory resonates in a bruised heart.
