Depression
My soul is dark as the night.
A world, without light
Or happiness or feelings.
Just Apathy.
Everywhere is misery.
A deep, somber gloom
Pervades every room.
Whether awake or asleep
I weep.
I don’t want to live
If there is no God to give
Me respite
From my plight.
Give me peace.
Let life cease.
Quickly.
I’ll get it over and done
Not a second must run
In this misery I spend.
Death must be the end.
