Deceptive Road

I am going to write about deception Deception can take many forms Once you are deceptive You will always be deceptive So guard your heart Don't ever let it get to that level Can you ever get back? That I don't know That you have to ask the Lord on that I am sure with forgiveness and grace you can wipe out anything Can you wipe out anything? That I don't know Is God a merciless God? Can He keep on forgiving you? That I don't know You have to ask the Man I am sure He will forgive you as he is a merciless God Haha I mean merciful But He can be merciless Shoot Don't even try What do I try today? I think I'll test His boundaries Not Don't dare Him as He will take on a dare And you will be the one who loses Ahh back to the many forms of deception There should be one you need to remember is the deception with yourself If you can't be true to yourself who can you be true to? There I'll go for now Don't let the deceptive road lead you to nowhere You have so many places to go people to see You don't have time for that What was the saying? "Caught in your own webs?"
