December Days
December days are coming,
Snow is on its way.
The spruce trees touched with snow,
Pine cones a December delight.
Snow everywhere,
On a sunny day, sparkles like diamonds.
The busy Christmas shoppers,
Coming and going only to arrive home safely.
The Christmas tree in the living-room,
Decorated with ornaments and Christmas lights.
Presents beautifully wrapped,
And placed under the Christmas tree.
The parents and children gather on Christmas Day,
And celebrate with delicious foods.
God blesses us with another Christmas,
And I am very thankful.
