Dear Mum

I would like to give you something To make your life complete I would like to give you sunshine To place beneath your feet If I could sing a song for you In an orchestra so loud I would sing it up so high That it could reach a cloud I wish with every breath I take That soon will make you well But every day I'm here for you For within my heart you dwell Because you are the sweetest mum My confidant, my friend A tribute to my 101 year old mother

Thank you so much Caren, yes she turns 101 in a few weeks time and yes I am very lucky to still have her, she has had such a charmed life so it is no wonder she is living so long and she looks well, take care.......Vera

oh my goodness. 101 years old!!! From the sound of this, she is not feeling well though. I hope she lives a good ten years longer. Such an accomplishment to have lived so long. Wonderful tribute.

Hi Andrea, first of all how are these days, well I hope. Thank you so much for the comment, actually she is feeling quite well, her only problems are she can't her very well and she can't walk, I think she should break a record if she lived another 10 years, if I have her genes then I will be okay, take care my friend........Vera

Hi Paul thank you for this lovely comment as I said to Nette I did read it to her but all I got was a big grin, she is not really with it as she finds it hard to hear so naturally she doesn't talk much but my brothers and I go and visit here every wednesday, it is like a family get together, yes we are keeping quite well thank you, take care.......Vera
