Dear Mister Jesus Ii
Dear Mister Jesus I just wanted to come to You
Because there's something that scares me everytime I hear of another one
It's the stories that another school shooting has taken place
Jesus, just thought I'd bring it to You
Why did this have to happen to all of these young people
I guess I'll never understand truly the reasons why
It took an event like this to wake up the people of the world
And help them to realize that they needed to follow God's plan.
Dear Mister Jesus I also wanted to ask You
How this could of happened at a school
Where all of these young people had to witness the shooting
You know that they will never be the same again
After you go through a traumatic event like that
There's no way you could ever be the same again
But I know that God must have been at work during this time
Because just look at the number of lives that are touched.
