Dear Gracious and Loving Father
Dear gracious and loving father
you have been to me so kind
holding me close in your grip
pouring your truth into my mind
Your truth is my constant food
I love it's taste and flavour
it satisfies my once barren soul
gives me true character to savour
How can I thank you enough
for choosing me for redemption
sending your son in my place
to die for my salvation
Your faithfulness knows no bounds
promising to stick with me always forever
divine presence and peace my portion
with grace and mercy pouring like a river
Oh father your love is everlasting
I bow before you in humble gratitude
keep me believing in your eternal son
as in your truth I have stood
Yours in heavenly adoration
your son of divine adoption
