All too often we get so caught up in the day we forget to slow down and appreciate all we have, we can't wait for the day to end then moan about the year going by too fast!

Days done! The hours drift from morning to noon They just seem to disappear As you get on Going about your business Travelling to work Or seeing to children Caring for a loved one Or working from home The day just passes by In a blink of an eye Changing from day to night As you wonder what Tomorrow may bring Yet not notice what You did today All you achieved Just gets tangled up Not even thought about Lost in a blur Whilst the hours tick by You moan and groan Wishing the day away Can’t wait for it to end That’s another day done Where did it go?

One day you're 5 the next you're 17 then 25, 35, 55, 65..time seems slow yet moves fast..like being inside a car traveling at 85, unless you look out the window it seems slow..time has no window just children that let you know how fast it moves as you watch them go from their birth to parent in the blink of an eye
