Dawn

Wet morning rain, Skyline wears gloom; Dawn bears deep pains, Sun fails to bloom. Dawn streams heavy, Dreams feel cold touch; Dark clouds I see, Dense rain wets much. A drenching gain, A blurry set; A downpour drains, All things now wet. Wake-up to cold, Whisper dense feel; Weak words unfold, Work in grim chill. New day creeping, Niche blur thought trains; Note form dragging, Numb pulsing rain. Deep gloomy dark, Skyline feeds gloom; No sunny spark, Cold floods this room. Drape Sunday blues, Awake cold stares; Weary form cues, Note morbid cares. Leon Enriquez 13 June 2015 Singapore
