Today I was thinking about the martyred Yiddish poets Only know a few phrases of that language but I feel that poets shouldn't be shot POETS SHOULDN'T BE SHOT and if you ask me why It is because they are the educators of mankind's feelings The only ones who keep the flame burning when shadows cover the minds and souls of the pouplace

Thanks for explaining to me a little of this history. I knew many Russians were killed during Stalin's time, did not know about the 1950's! scary times they were. even here in the US with those ridiculous trials going on about socialism!
