Dance With the Devil In the Moonlight

Have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight? Have you seen the way the light shines on him? Or the way he looks so carefree With a smile that puts the sun to shame How he holds out a gloved hand And the confidence in him sparks like flames How he is so sure of himself Even when the light begins to dim. Dancing with him in the moonlight, His eyes do not appear as they would in broad day His eyes become lighter And his smile brighter And for a moment, you forget he's the devil Because he almost seems human And it's more magical Than you could ever imagine
