Dance At Sundown
In the middle of a wide open golden field,
with wild flower crops rippling in the breeze,
stands a silent silhouette of a tree,
bare without leaves.
This majestic oak spreads its branches
over the canvas of a red sunset,
dancing wildly into the quiet night,
before it falls fast asleep,
under a star filled dark blue sky.
