Daffodil Dimples

Daffodil dimples Crape myrtle blooms form the entrance now leading Into the garden of dreams that we share Rose buds and hyacinths tickle our senses Blending their fragrance so sweet with the air Lantana flowers in yellows of lemon Paint summer sunrises along the wall Hibiscus petals are raining so softly Before our eyes as their beauty does fall Daffodil dimples now show as they're smiling Watching the two of us greeting the day Now hand in hand as we wander this garden So much in love midst this wondrous display Good morning Soupers

I love the look of Crêpe myrtle trees Chris. Those and Jacaranda trees are my favorite blooming trees. A lovely poem you created. I enjoyed the walk through your garden! Happy holidays my friend! xxoo ; )

Thank you again my friend. Not sure what Jacaranda trees are but I'll bet they are lovely. I am very fond of the mountain laurels we have here too. When they bloom they are so fragrant.

We just had a storm to almost take out half of our Crepe Myrtle; fortunately, it was gigantic enough that it was alright. Beautiful poem.

Just picturing the scene you created with your words. Images like these help to take the sting out of winter. Well written Chris. Tom.

Thanks so much Tom. Not much winter here, still kind of warm. We don't get the cold stuff until late January and then it only lasts a few weeks.
