Daddy Dearest

Threw away your family values Took away my mother's pride Could've been a better person You spread your seed before you died All you had to do was be there But you were never there at all Instead you spent most of your life With drugs and alcohol I remember all the heartache All those nights my mother cried While you were out with so called friends Out to get some satisfied In the end you turned out worthless A homeless dying bum We'll both never know how it feels To be a father and a son ~Billy Hitz~

That is a tough pill to swallow Billy. My dad was consumed by work. Missing out on his family. I am there for everything my children do. A lesson learned in how not to be a dad.
