Cry of the Wildebeest

He played the part he knew so well (the juggling acts, the ringing bells) The smile he smeared across his face (another act, to hide disgrace) His laughter hid behind the sun (just a prank, was all in fun) He boarded on a west bound train (rode by coach, he crossed the plains) He disembarked as the sun set (stretched out his arms, his eyes were wet) He held the laughter to his heart (was there to stay, would never part) He raced back homewards towards the east Now whole and strong. The Wildebeest.
