Crossing That Bridge
CROSSING THAT BRIDGE
There's a bridge we all must cross
When we draw life's final breath
This bridge even has a name
It's the bridge we know as death
Where you go once you have crossed
Only you can tell
Will it lead you to the Pearly Gates
Or to the gates of hell
There's one way to be certain
Which way you will go
To walk on streets of purest gold
Or burn in hell below
The choice, of course, is yours to make
Don't worry about the cost
Your fare was paid by Jesus Christ
When He died on the cross
So place your trust in Him, my friend
You'll be so glad you did
He'll call you home for eternity
When you cross that final bridge
