criticism
too much
ends up as a
Victim
not as a
Victor.
Victor
splits criticism
into essential and
non-essential
He listens all
but chooses to
deal only with
Essentials.
Victim
regards criticism
as a necessary
hurdle to
be surpassed.
He listens all
and wastes time
in finding answers
to each criticism.
