This is a Poetic Form, The Dizain. I intended to write on the subject of Dr. Mehta's Dizain Contest but the muse took off in another direction.
Creation’s Crust
Performing - a chorus line – life dancing
the golden haired seductress saunters past
temptress – pheromonally enhancing –
sweet aura that descends as breezes pass,
the innate scent of instinct’s net is cast.
Mock battles that decide a species fate
feathered prance seeking egos to deflate
survival of the fittest will ensure
that seasons are fulfilled and then abate -
the struggle of creation thus endure.
