Covered In Dirt
Lying beneath our very eyes,
underneath our very nose.
Before we know, and realize,
there goes, what doesn't suppose.
Reading into something, in reality,
that isn't really, really going, to be there.
In retrospect, coming to the terms, in fact,
that life isn't really, really going, to be fair.
Henceforth, upon the verge, of fully understanding,
and at a moment, when all feelings, become hurt.
Finally seeing for our very selves, on a 360 turn,
all things, in appearance, is often, cover in dirt.
