Corona Virus

HEY YOU DEADLY VIRUS! What have you done to the world? You came in like a hungry wolf We are shattered because of you You made our governments create new rules People are locked inside their houses with weary looks Wondering what to eat and planning on their next moves Thousands and even millions have died Others are lucky to have survived People are fearing for their own lives The worst is yet to come is what they imply Our money banks have become dry COVID, our lost has become your PRIDE Getting isolated is becoming the new norm Curfews has made us feel bored Overseas visitors are locked/quarantined like scary dogs School students and church goers are banned and become lost Social gatherings are no more, including sports Hardworking employees have lost their hard earned jobs Walking around the almost empty town like a zombie Wondering what has happened to everybody Faces covered with masks and different coloured clothings Gloves are being worn- Police with hailers giving warnings Maintain two meters apart from everyone Coz you might get infected by Dearest Mr. COVID Thank you dear COVID for teaching us a lesson Life has to move on; no matter what happens This trying times has made us stronger We've learned to live with whatever life has to offer Bonds in our JERUSALEMS are strengthened Planting of so long barren lands have become our passion
