My ballot arrived in the mail Like a skull & crossbones in gaol But what gets my goat If I do not vote Then the GOP will prevail* *For the Trumps to escape prosecution, only the number of Republicans elected to Congress matters; quality, issues, and the future of the USA are irrelevant to the GOP!

Voting is mandatory, especially in a democratic set up. But when no party or person is worth being chosen, we wonder what use is there in exercising the power of voting....

George Washington predicted political parties would be the death of democracy, and we can see that happening. As long as there are political parties selling influence, democracy is in peril. Aloha!

glad its still a choice here in Canada, but they strongly suggest you do, I am almost ignorant as to politics, I don't think my vote would be worth much.

Since Trump was President and clearly established it is best to avoid personal responsibility and just blame the other guy, the majority of Americans have adopted that standard, so it would be wise to study your options to preserve Canada! Aloha!

Yes! All political parties are corrupt as, in return for a Party's support, candidates agree to support that Party's best interests over the best interests of their constituents, bailiwick, or nation. Political parties are only interested in satisfying investors TODAY, which is why so many nations are woefully unprepared for tomorrow. Aloha"

Mail-in ballots have made voting easier, but many hold on to them because they need more information on the candidates - which never arrives. As Trump demonstrated, mail-in ballots also allow USPS to interfere with elections, so hang on! Aloha!

Which is certainly the best reason why Democrats must get out and vote! If we wish to rid ourselves of the Trumpian scourge, then they must be defeated soundly!
